Joyce likes to be very clear about your message first, and then focus on simple, effective ways to deliver that message. She likes to be very clear about your audience and how they learn, so she can deliver your message directly to them.

And, she likes to be very clear about who you are and how you present your spirit, so she can build your presentation around you.
